IfriSaaS was founded to close that gap. We bring senior engineering capacity — the kind that builds maintainable, scalable, production-grade software — to founders and growth-stage teams who have the vision and business sense but need a technical partner they can actually trust.
The name "Ifri" comes from the Amazigh (Berber) word for "cave" — a place of origin, of shelter, of where things begin. We think of every project as something being born: an idea moving from formless potential into a tangible product that creates real value in the world. That transition is what we're here to enable.
We build like we're founding the company, not fulfilling a contract
There's a difference between an agency that delivers code and a partner that cares about your business outcome. We try very hard to be the latter. That means asking the hard questions up front: who is this for, what does success look like in 6 months, and what's the one thing that has to be true for this product to win?
It also means being honest when we think a feature shouldn't be built, a timeline is unrealistic, or a technology choice will cause problems later. We'd rather have that conversation in week one than deliver something that doesn't serve you in month six.
We're a lean team by design. Every project is staffed with senior engineers — not a senior architect who oversees a team of juniors. The person you talk to in the sales process is the same person writing your code. There are no handoffs to a "production team" after the kick-off call.
We're also async-first. We don't require daily standups or status meetings — we communicate through working software and documented decisions. When we do meet, it's because there's a real decision to make or a demo to review, not to fill a calendar.

Craft
We care deeply about the quality of what we build. Not just "does it work" but "is it maintainable, performant, and something we'd be proud to show in a code review." Good engineering is a form of respect for the people who will use and maintain the product.
Speed
Time is the most precious resource a startup has. We've built systems that let us move faster without cutting corners: reusable infrastructure patterns, opinionated stack choices, and a process that eliminates the back-and-forth that kills momentum on most projects.
Transparency
No black boxes, no surprises. You have access to your code from day one, your scope is documented before work begins, and if something is taking longer than expected or we hit a technical decision point, you hear about it immediately — not at the end of the sprint.
Partnership
We're not interested in one-and-done transactions. The best client relationships we have are the ones that have grown over time — where we understand the business deeply, push back when we should, and share in the wins when the product succeeds.
